Shapes

I aim to practice mindfulness each day, to hold shapes to the light and recognize the fibers of which they're made.

God takes my hand and unclenches it.  Gripping no treasures but the heavenly treasures, we remain in love.

"You are rising in little ways you deem unimportant.

Lift your gaze and know you are more than your moods,
those incredible and impermanent storms."

  1. Thank you so much for your lovely comment, Jade! Blogger is being dastardly and won't let me follow your blog at present, but I've favourited it so I can follow it when it allows me to.

I love this post; I personally feel one should always seek to remain as much in love with God as possible and keep that desire at all times, your second sentence is so very apt.

    <3 much love
